We do not charge for our initial consultation. We meet with you and learn about your company and then come back with a proposal. It can be something that can be done for a set amount or an ongoing arrangement, everything is very clear and upfront.

No, based on the information we learn at our initial consultation, we will make a proposal, but regardless we do not require any long term commitments. If at any time you don’t think working with us is beneficial to your business just let us know before the 1st of the month and you will be done. We don’t even require 30 days notice, if we aren’t making your company better you do not need to be paying us.

No, we are not a travel agent and do not book any travel directly. If a company determines it is in the company's best interest to start booking travel through an agency, we work with the company to find the solution that makes the most sense. To avoid any potential conflicts we do not even offer this service.

We do not have a set preference. We talk to the business to find out how and why it is done a certain way. We know a lot of businesses do it both ways and that is fine. We don’t think one is better than the other, but we do think it makes sense to have some audit mechanisms in place to make sure everything is done right. We know that travel is a necessary cost of doing business and the easier we can make it the better your company will be.
